I don't like crib bedding!

I can't find anything I like. I found something it was very expensive and decided to splurge well after getting the run around from the online company I cancelled because I felt like I was never going to get it and I'm ready to start on this nursurey. But everything I see online I don't like, I have black baby furniture and want bight colors...not pastels, but like fushia,orange,green, but can't find the right set. I know it doesn't really matter the baby won't know but I want something pretty and girly but not with little characters or princess crowns. Anyone have any good places to look?

Try searching on etsy.com. It's probably going to be more expensive, but I think you'd be more likely to find what you like!

We just did all white bedding but got a custom bumper made on etsy. You can also get custom sheets, crib skirt, etc. if you're not doing a bumper. GL!

I hate bedding too. The only thing I liked were the $600 custom sets, yeah, like that was happening. Since we aren't doing a bumper and you don't actually use a comforter I just found a fabulous fabric and my mom made my bedskirt (bright teals, whites and purples). Then I just got pure white sheets and one in purple. The crib looks amazing. Done for $14 (the sheets were shower gifts but even so were only $8). And she made me a beautiful pillow for the rocker out of the leftover material. If you have someone handy, I suggest just asking them make you something. I couldn't be happier.

I was the same way!! It was impossible to find a bed set we liked, so my mom is sewing a quilt and I skipped the bumper and ruffle. It looks a little unfinished at the moment, but ehhh- like you said, he'll never know

Wow...this was tricky... I thought these were different and would go with black furniture... but that's about it!

I'm team green and Ialso didn't like any of the typical bedding out there so I just went for brown and white polka dots with yellow walls... I figure I can add accent colours when LO gets here.

Can you just find some brightly colored crib sheets and then decorate the rest of the room? We haven't done crib sets either time.

I never found a set I liked, so I got a white bumper and skirt (brown skirt too) and have included a number of random/fun sheets on my registry. I am the type to change my mind, so options work out best for me anyway. I figure I'll have fun with the sheets and blankets... And the room already has tons of color so white bumper and skirt help bring me back to earth:) GOOD LUCK!!!
