I am thinking about placing an order from one step ahead for the first time.  How is the quality of their products?  How is customer service?  Thanks!

    i like everything we've bought from them. i refuse to go to their site too often though because i find so many different things that i think i need!

    I just placed an order for some babyproofing items.  It arrived quickly.  I am happy with all of my purchases.  Maybe next time, I'll order something fun for DD instead of corner guards!
