AF was 2 whole days early. I was so not prepared. I went out for a run in the rain and came home, got ready to hop in the shower and HELLO! I had no idea. Why would I be early?
I am a very regular girl. Before my kids I was 28 days on the button. Not so much now - although still regular, sometimes I'll be a 1/2 day to a day off but never 2 whole days! March's AF was very light in comparison to what I usually experience, and, according to the OPK, I O'd later than usual (or what I think is my usual time b/c that was the first month I used an OPK). This AF is heavier, not unusually so, but way heavier than last month. Could that be a reason it came early? B/C AF was lighter than normal last month?
Then I see a post on one of these boards about a short LP phase and how that could indicate a problem. Jeeze! I think I'm right at the 10 day mark! Too much information! Brain overload!
I'm just way overthinking everything, but if you have any thoughts, I'd be happy to hear them...thanks!
Re: Why would AF come early?
UGH...what you are describing is me totally! I have always, always, always been 28 days. For the last three months now, af has come three days earlier and now this month (April), she was due today but decided to show up last Thursday! What does that mean in terms of my cycles? Now I feel confused yet again and back to square one. It is very frustrating to me. I don't know what to think at this point.

A short LP can indicate a problem. BUT having one cycle two days early doesnt mean that you always have short LPs. Cycles do change over time. I was always a regular 28 dayer but around again 38 it started to vary.
I would continue to chart.
Good luck!
I am exactly the same a whole two days early and I know I O'd this month on the 16th so what the heck. I am super regular I should have my own superhero costume but this month not so much. I had a light AF last month too. UGH very very frustrating.
