Need help! Recommend your Phila Daycares

Hello ladies! I return to work next week and I am panicing because I have no childcare. I had a wonderful babysitter picked out but sadly her fiance needs to start cancer treatments so she can no longer care for our daughter.

Like any parent, I am looking for childcare I can trust. Please recommend any daycare facilities/babysitters that you know and trust.

TIA!

Re: Need help! Recommend your Phila Daycares

  • My sister and my brother use the smae daycare in NE Philly. It is called Just Children (I think it is on Grant Ave.)  They have both been there for over 2 years and they both speak highly of it.

It is the only day care I know in Philly - I haven't lived there in quite a while.

Sorry if this didn't help.  You can also go to the Pennsylvania website and do a search for Keystone Stars - it is a rating system for daycares and kindergartens in Pennsylvania.  It will at least give you a list to start from.

Here, I got the website for you:

    Good luck!

  • I heard good things about ABCD Day care on Rennard Street in NE Philly. They do not send you child home every time he sneezes and if you are a working mom, it's a blessing
  • Thanks for the recommendations!
