Teethers that really STAY COLD???

I am sure there are better brands out there that actually have a longer cold shelf life... any suggestions?  As soon as I give my DD one, it's not cold after 15 minutes or less.

    I give DD the mesh feeders with frozen banana slices or ice cubes. That is the only thing that I have found to work for an extended period of time.

    The Munchkin gel filled teethers are the only ones I have found that let you put them in the freezer (the ones for the fridge get warm after 5 minutes). Thus, these stay colder longer. Target has the rings and BRU has rings, and ones in the shape of hands and feet. :-)

    DS LOVES those--I found my hands/feet ones at Target.
