I've only done it a few times, and I decided to write to One A Day to see if they would send me a coupon for prenatal vitamins, since those are the ones I have been using this pregnancy. Someone responded the very next day to let me know they would send me a full value coupon. That was only a few days ago, and today I received a coupon for a free bottle of One A Day vitamins ($20 value!), as well as a coupon book with various $1 off coupons. I went to CVS tonight and bought two bottles, which would normally be $40, and I paid nothing because I had the coupon, they were having a BOGO 50% of sale, and I had extra care bucks. Woo hoo! :-)

Re: Wow, emailing companies really does pay off!
That's awesome!
I emailed Starbucks and asked for coupons and got an attitude from the customer service person and that was it. Then I called and that didn't get me anything either. They suck. If I didn't love their stupid coffee so much, I'd be switching because I'm so annoyed that they couldn't send me a few freaking coupons.
sweet- good for you!
I have been emailing companies for the last year and it pays off 9/10. totally worth it for me.
What do you put in the subject of your emails?
All I do is Google a company I like. Then there's normally a "contact us" link. There's usually a form they have you fill out so there's really no subject line.
Great I will try this Thanks
