  That's strange - I've ordered from them a lot (got all my baby gear for DD1) and never had a problem with ordering or customer service.

  I originally ordered my crib from them to get the 10% off that they were offering. Well, I called them because I never got an order confirmation email or shipping confirmation email. They said they had no record of my order. WTF?! So I just made sure they never charged me and ordered from Target instead since by then the crib was out of stock anyway. Sorry you had a bad experience too!

  Weird!  I ordered from them last Thursday and got a shipping confirmation the same day.  My stuff is scheduled to be delivered tomorrow (according to UPS).

  I ordered a bunch of stuff last Tuesday that was in stock and have yet to get a shipping confirmation. Then I called customer service and left a message.  I had to leave a message... no one answered the phone and then called from 4-5pm with still no one answering.  What kind of customer service is this??

   I just emailed them today canceling my order.  I have no clue if anyone will answer my email. 

  what time zone are you in??? their area code is NYC.... if you're in a different time zone, maybe you just need to try calling earlier in the day.

  I have had two interactions with them, I ordered a BOB stroller online....it was a great price, never got a confirmation.  So I called, it turned out that the web page I found was old and was never updated, they remedied the situation and I was never charged.  Then I ordered a carseat and it came the next week.  I think they may have IT issues....but their customer service was good.
