I hate migraines!

I'm on day #3 of this stupid migraine.  It started Sunday, went away from time to time on Monday, and came back with a vengance last evening after bath time.  I was up most of the night trying to convince myself that a power drill to the temple would NOT be a good idea.  So I'm missing work today to go see my doctor.  I don't know what's causing this one.  I'm on preventative meds so I usually only get mild ones, if any at all.  Someone told me that the pollen count is so high here that it's triggering people's migraines, so maybe that's it. 

I hate these things because they interfere with me taking care of the boys.  It sucks.  All I could do this morning was hug them and kiss them good bye before DH took them to DC.  I hate not getting them ready in the morning.

Oh well.  Back to bed for me.

    Oh boy, do I hear you! I had one so bad yesterday that had to put A to bed so I could get anything done, just so I could get to bed and try to shake it. He was screaming terribly (we are ferbering-again) that with every breath of his, my eye was throbbing, it was horrible.

    Luckily DH has no idea what I'm dealing with so any time I have a headache, he goes into do-everything mode.

    Very few meds made a difference for me. I go to my chiro and get massages. I know it is a little harder to drop everything and get in. I will usually call in the morning to see if they can fit me in or give me a call if they have a cancellation. It really makes a difference.
