Anyone on or have been on Celexa?

Have you experienced any weight gain? I was on it after having DD then quit taking it and lost 45+lbs. After I had DS I was put back on it because of PPD again, I BF for 8mos and once I weaned him the weight piled on. I work out 4-5 days a week, keep track of everything I eat and still gain weight. I'm trying to figure out if it's the Celexa or Mirena (thinking most likely celexa since I had weight gain issues in the past while taking it)

Also, I'm having some pretty nasty side effects right now and am wondering if their are any OTC supplements I can take to help.

    I was on 20mg and didn't gain any noticeable weight from it...

    what is your dose?

    I wonder if a lesser dose or a different pill altogether would be different?

    Everyone seems to react to  various meds so differently....

    Hmmmm ... Google Mirena side effects ... there are a TON of testimonies of weight gain & inability to lose weight.

    I'm on Celexa & just had Mirena put in last week. I'm worried about the weight issue. I've taken celexa off and on for years and I never noticed a weight gain. We're all differnet but I would suspect the mirena ...

    I was on Celexa for years, went off to get pregnant, and have recently gone back on because of PPD....I've never noticed any weight gain, though I have heard it's a possible side effect....
