  Thanks ladies.  That was my first instinct because I didn't want to get crazy with the spelling but I kept seeing different way to spell it.

  Callen or Callan...I like both of these.  I personally would not spelling it in any way with a K, in my opinion.

  lol    well at least you have heard of the name.  Everytime I say it I have to repeat myself.  I only know one other person that has heard of it.

  It seems like the pronunciation would be different with each, so I'd choose based on that...

  Callan= cal-an
  

  Callen= cal-en

  Callin= cal-in

  ive never seen that name if its kay-lin sounding, then i say Calin.

  I like Callan, or Callaghan/Callahan with nn Callan. Callan is a common last name where we live and it's always pronounced "Cal (like calorie) - an.

  I guess I'm in the minority, but when I see Callen, I want to pronounce it like Colin/Collin. Am I the only one?
