I would love to take all of the girls to see How to Train Your Dragon. Tori will sit and watch a movie with us at home but I just worry about her disturbing others in a theater.
Kaitlyn and Tori are close in age... We took Kaitlyn to see Alvin and the Chipmunks the squeakual (or however it's spelled)... we went to see... something else too, I can't remember what now. lol We always go early in the day (although Alvin and the Chipmunks we saw at a 7pm time on a Friday) at a show-time that is more kid friendly... At least then no one expects her to stay quiet or seated 100% of the time. I took her on my own with Samantha to see... the meatball movie and it wasn't disastrous like I expected it to be. lol
I took Avery to see the Princess and the Frog in January and she did fine. We saw it 5 or 6 times at the theater (love having a dollar theater 2 miles from us) and she did well with them. DH took her to see How to Train Your Dragon last week and she also did fine. She fell asleep at the end, but she hasn't stopped talking about the movie.
I took A to see Horton Hears a Who when she was either 3 or right before she turned 3. I was more concerned about her ears than her sitting still since the movies in the theatres are so loud. I think you'll be fine since it is a kid's movie people will expect some little ones to be up and around some.
addie was almost 3 and the first time we did studio movie grill. i thought food might keep her in her seat longer. the we did princess and the frog in november at a regular theatre and she was fine. stood up and danced but that didn't bother anyone. darva is right-the afternoon movies are good because it's mostly families worried about their own kids
wanna bring Michael??? hahahahah... NO ONE would hear the movie then!
we're not brave enough. He still hasn't gone to "real" church yet! ha!
We are bringing him in June, though, to see Marmaduke. He watches the trailer a BILLION times a day and sings along with "what I like about you" at the end. hahahaha....
Re: At what age did you take DD/DS to a children's movie?

All that to say I think Tori will be fine.
