mom's dslr workshop
Has anyone taken any mom's photo workshops in Orange County they can recommend? I know that Christine Bentley has one but she has yet to schedule any dates for the spring. I feel like I have this great camera and all these memorable moments with my daughter are passing by without me knowing how to photograph them properly.

Hmm, maybe we could even get a group of moms together and ask a photographer to do a special class for us? Anyone friends with or have a good relationship with a photographer they could ask?

I took the Christine Bentley workshop and she is awesome. She is sooo friendly and uber helpful. She definitely took my photos to a new level. If you get enough interest, she will do a private group for you. I suggest emailing her and setting it up. If 2 of your are interested, I bet more will be. There is also Anytime Art. I havent taken their class, but I like reading their blog. They seem like they are pretty good photographers. They are having a workshop on the 24th. I did one of Christine Bentley's workshop. I loved it! I had so much fun that day. I was exhasuted and my memory card was full. I learned so much. She is super cool and the easiest friendly person to learn from.
So I would be interested in another workshop if anyone forms a group. I will e-mail Christine and see what she has to offer. She had giveaways last time. Discounts and such...I won a photography website!
Sounds like we have a lot of interest. Could you email her and get some dates together that would work? I can only do weekends, since I work during the week, so hopefully she do do something for us then.
Once we get a date for the workshop, we can send out an Evite to the girls who are interested and can make it.
