prenatal yoga in loudoun county

i am 9 weeks pregnant and unfortunately have high blood pressure to go along with it.  i was thinking maybe taking a yoga class would lower my BP, destress me a little as well as strengthen muscles i'll need for childbirth down the road! 

has anyone taken a class that they would recommend?
