We're one week in and have a lot to celebrate! As of today, we've lost 26.4 lbs as a group - pretty darn good!
5lb club -- Special congrats to balihaigirl (with fingers crossed that the WW weigh-in #'s were even better) -- our first to reach the 5lb club!
Losing over three-four lbs: clynn58, MrsAJL, bobcatsteph!
And losing one-two lbs: nessia, collenor, rach03k, jml5q, brideonjuly8, atlantic.
Overall, we're doing really well! What could the group help you with this week? For me, I'd love to know what keeps you focused? I make snap decisions sometimes (like, I just ate two cookies at a birthday party without really pausing to think through it). How do you avoid tempation?

I lost 2.2 pounds last week - I just never got around to posting it because I weigh on Friday mornings, then I left town.
I'm back on the bandwagon and will start posting next week in the check ins.

atlantic...first, a big thanks for doing this!! the biggest thing that keeps me focused is getting back into my closet of clothes:) for me personally, a couple of cookies at a party are okay, as long as it's not everyday. that's what those weekly points are there for. i definitely can't have that stuff in the house though, otherwise i would just eat it.
