What did you get as gifts that you don't use?

I really hate that DH made me keep the wipes warmer we got as a gift. I didn't think we'd use it but he wanted to keep it. Guess what? We don't use it! I totally could have spent that $25 on something else.

A friend of mine gave me several things last week including a car bottle warmer. She said it looked cool so she got it. I will probably never use it. I'm thinking of taking it back.

Is there anything you got that you don't use?

I use my wipes warmer. It has a night light on it so we use it a lot at night time if we have to change the diaper, or if I need to find a paci.

I haven't used the sleep sacks we got since I swaddle DS. I have 2 size smalls that he'll outgrow before he is done being swaddled. We never used the swing until last week when DS decided he liked it after all.

We returned the car bottle warmer we got, as well as the regular bottle warmer for the nursery. We also returned the travel bottle cooler we got, and a spongy bath cushion to go in the bathtub. There are some other things we still haven't used, but DS is either not old enough, or we just aren't using them yet, but plan to (i.e. bottles, bumbo, microwave sterilizer, bathtub etc.). We haven't even started using DS's crib yet, so there are a few things in the nursery that just aren't being used at this point!!

Some of DH's coworkers gave us a bottle warmer which we used for awhile until we switched to the drop ins. A friend of a friend who we've never even met gave us a bag full of toddler clothing that her daughter outgrew. I'm going to go through it to see if anything strikes my fancy, but I have a feeling most of it will either be donated or thrown out.

Bassinet. We used it for like 2 weeks. DS hates it. If I could do over, I would have went straight to the crib or maybe try the co-sleeper.

I got tons of crib sheets which I returned. I also got a glider from my mom's BFF which I have never used.

Clothes. So many clothes.

This is our second DD in 2 years and still people gave us clothes. I swear I'm drowning in pink.

All fancy clothes that button in the back... how in the world am I supposed to work these teeny tiny buttons that snag in DD's hair every time i try. Let alone even thinking about changing her diaper.

Newborn hats, they were all extremely big at any point that I wanted to use one, and they move around to much.

Of the 2895478237298 blankets we got, I use three regularly. I do laundry every other day so they're constantly being washed and reused.

Other than that, the only other thing I don't use is the paci case that clips onto the diaper bag/stroller.

Oh god, I use ours. I plop one down every time we do tummy time, and since he either spits up on it or it ends up covered in dog hair, it's turned out to be a good thing that we have a bunch of extras!
