I love it. We bought the Graco Myride 65 and it's nice but it's overly bulky. My mom bought DS and my nephew the Scenera for her car and I love them. Their basic but seem very sturdy. They are lightweight and compact. I'm going to buy one for our 2nd car.
No complaints, it's very standard. I havent found a Convertible I like just yet, so it's done the job for now. And BTW I got mine at Overstock for 25 bucks!
I wouldn't recommend it for your main carseat. (I nanny PT and this is the carseat I have in my car so we don't have to switch them out all the time) I think it's a better 2nd carseat.
It's okay... does the job but it won't last long for extended rear facing and then forward facing. I guess I would rather put that $40 to the seat I could use for a long time....

I like it better than the evenflo that's in my car. We use the scenera in DH's car. We specifically bought it for airplane travel because it's only 10 lbs. But, we liked it so much, we decided to use it for our second car.
It was a PIA to install in my sisters honda accord but it installed in DH truck no problem. It is our third seat so it doesn't get much use I think we paid $35 for it, way better then being stuck without a seat sometime. We bough a similar seat for the same price at kmart that is easy to install in all our vehicals (we have four tucks and two cars hence all the seats) evenflow tribute and it is narrow so it is easy to sit someone next to the seat. We also have a britix seat nice but it takes up a TON of space in the car
