Symptoms come and go as your body regulates the amount of hormones excreted. So, cramping and such can come and go as well, today you may be fine but tomorrow not so much.
If you are concerned, talk to your doctor, that is what they are there for.
I'm at 4 weeks 4 days, and today's the first day I feel completely normal. Bloating is down, breasts aren't as sore, cramping is gone. It's a little alarming! From what I've heard from my friends, this is normal, and symptoms come and go as your body regulates the hormones. I'm trying to be calm and rational about the whole thing
fyi, testing again doesn't mean much. I had a blighted ovum and was still having positive tests even after I passed all of the tissue.
But in other news, it is normal.
Little Man (4 years old---holy cow) He's the single greatest thing I've done in my life and reminds me daily of how fun (and funny) life can be. He's turned out pretty swell for having such a heartless and evil mother.
Symptoms come and go. I had regular cramping and stretching from the day I got my BFP to 6 weeks. I am actually happy to have some relief bc the cramping caused so much worrying. Give your dr. a call if you are worried but I am sure your body is just getting used to the pregnancy. Congrats!
BFP Oct. 2010-MC & D&C Dec. 2010
BFP March 2011-Cooper born Dec. 6, 2011 weighing 9 lbs 1/2 oz.
Suprise BFP May 27th 2012 - Sawyer born Jan. 20, 2013 weighing 8 lbs 9 oz.
?
It's normal for symptoms to come and go. I was cramping off and on through weeks 4-6 and then it pretty much stopped for the most part. I wouldn't worry.

Some days I want to remove my breasts because they hurt so much, others they're just a little tender. I think that it's just fluctuating hormones.
I'm still cramping but that's because I got the worst case of stomach flu this past week
I have no idea if I'm still getting preg cramps.
Don't worry!
