I'm having a baby today. 32wks.

We knew that we would have a less than 40 wks baby... we just thought she would be 36 or 37 wks. I started having contractions yesterday. I was sent to the hospital and I had to stay over night. After bunches of tries to get may contractions to stop I was told today that I am 3 cm dilated and will be having my baby today. Wow, that is a lot to take in all in one day.

Hang in there! Did you get steroid shots? Ask about them if not. I don't know if it's too late to do them, but ask anyway. We're thinking of you!

my DS was born at 32 weeks too. his NICU stay was about 27 days and he was pretty much a feeder/grower. his biggest hurdle was learning to take a bottle and reflux.

Good luck today! DD was born at 32 weeks and stayed in the nicu 31 days as a feeder/grower. It was rough, but 32 weeks is a great milestone! Hang in there and feel free to PM me with any questions you may have about our nicu stay.
