If you had a Baby Jogger (City Elite) Single....

and would love to get the double version for your 2u2 but the price is out of your range (or you just don't want to pay that much), what did you choose instead?

I feel like I'm spoiled with our single Elite and the dbl Minis aren't even making me happy when I look at them (I love the extra features the Elite has that the Mini won't).

    Can you sell your single to help offset the price of the double?  I really want the Baby Jogger City Select as my double and the price is a bit ridiculous so I am selling my 2 single strollers plus some other baby things we didn't really use.  Craigslist is awesome for this.

    this is what we are doing. It will cover about half the cost and we got the select.

    doesnt the elite offer a toddler seat you can add?

    This is what I am trying to do, but I live in a small town. And i don't think that anyone is going to buy a Bugaboo stroller. ugh. So I am not sure what I am going to do yet. I may try ebay and hope someone wants to buy it.

    We ended up with the City Mini for everyday. The double elite was just SO dang heavy! I do run a lot and I'll probably ended up getting the Summit double and since it's so similar to the Elite I'll have the best of both worlds!
