  babylegs.com. They just had a 15% off deal on tax day, so they do actually have sales. You just have to sign up with your email. And they have a sale section with different styles all the time. I got most of hers from the sale section. And free shipping too (not sure if there is a minimum purchase though).

  E-bay....I found someone who sells them in lots or whatever so you can pick like 2 for $10, 5 for $25 etc. and the shipping was free.

  Their website, babylegs.com.  If you become a fan on Facebook, they have sales I think every Friday.  I pretty much always get them for half off.
