  • I always take motrin, benadryl, digital thermometer and gripe water - for just in case:)    A little medicine cabinet away from home.
  • Loading the player...
  • Samples of diaper rash ointment...just in case!  Baby spoon?  Hope you have fun on your trip.  We will take a 1 week trip to San Diego when DD is 10 months old.

Definitely take meds!  We just took a long car ride (should've been 8 hrs, but it ended up being more like 10.5) and I'm so glad I had benadryl with me.  DS's hives really flared up and were bothering him.

  • LOL you are packing way more than me.  We are going to my parent's next weekend and so far I just have:

clothes, diapers, wipes, a few toys, the boppy, sun hat, swim suit, a few things of baby food for traveling. a blanket.  (i shipped a highchair there already)

we are going for 6 days, so once I'm there I will buy: diapers, sunscreen, and more baby food.

  • Make sure you have everything for her bedtime routine. (I see "toys," but there may be a special bedtime book, etc)

Looks like a good list, and sounds like you aren't straying too far from civilization. So I'd just focus on the particular items that your LO is really attached to, to make her feel at home.

  • Don't forget about stuff for yourself (headache meds!). :)
