need dress help please!

Ok, so I found this dress online that I absolutely LOVE!  Love the bright, bold colors and the polka dots.  I was thinking of basing DD's birthday around this dress, that's how much I love it!  

Anyway, I'm having a hard time finding it so I started looking on Ebay.  Found it there, but in some of the pictures the colors don't look as vibrant.  I'm unsure if I should bid or not because of this-the vibrant colors are what drew me to it originally!

So, so I just chance it and bid hoping it is bright?  Or does it look like they are more pastel like colors?

    You have 5 days, ask the seller about it. Maybe it was just the flash on the camera. I hope it works out, it's such a cute dress!

    When I looked for this dress online before I found that JCPenny's carries it- is there one by you? even if you get it from ebay you could look at it in person maybe?

    Penny's online is completely out.  It shows that there are some, but when you go to add it to your bag it says it's unavailable.  Sad  And Dillards only has a size 6.
