If you are on the mini-pill, did it decrease your supply??  I am sure this has been posted several times in the past....sorry!

    I didn't notice a decrease with my first child and am planning on using it again with this baby.  Any extra protection is worth it - I am not interested in any surprises!

    If you are worried about your supply, you might think about ParaGard.  It is an IUD and does not have any hormones in it, so it won't affect your supply at all.

    it hasn't decreased my supply just yet (i'm only on day 3) but my OB did warn me that it might decrease the supply and if it did, we could talk about other options.

    No, I've used it with both my babies while BFing and have not noticed any change in supply.
