average pre-natal & delivery costs?

Does anyone have any idea what their total medical costs were?

 I am trying to determine if my or my husband's insurance would be a better deal.

    For everything -- prenatal care, vaginal delivery without complications, baby care and my care in the hospital, it was about $23,000.

    We paid about $200 out of pocket for my care and $400 out of pocket for the circumcision.  I also paid a little for some lab work, but no more than $100.

    My doctors contracted fee for pre-natal care and his part of the delivery with the insurance is $2100ish.  The hospital charge is separate. I'm not really sure what that is because we meet our $4100 deductible and then everything else is covered.
