S/O to creating a will.

Two years ago, a making a will never came across my mind.

But now that I have Mia, I have the most horrific thoughts about something happening to me. Should I start getting everything together just in case something did ever happen? Or am I still too young?

    As soon as a person acquires assets and/or has a child a will is usually the best way to go about things if something were to happen.  That way your wishes for your DD and your things are carried out as long as they are legally justifiable.

    I don't think age matters on this one, if you have a kid I think a will is an important thing to have. I want to make one as soon as the divorce is final. By the way - divorce will be final next month! Here's hoping nothing happens to push it back.
