STBXH was in an accident...
Early Wednesday morning and was in a wreck with a girl he's been seeing. He is fine but she is not, at all. They airlifted her to a major hospital and she is in a coma with major head trauma, her spine is broken (in two places), and they removed her spleen. She was driving.
Pretty sure alcohol and/or drugs were involved. Details are slowly coming out.
I sincerely hope that she is ok and pulls through, she has two small children. It is very sad. What is even more sad is that STBXH is using the opportunity to try to make me feel guilty about not getting to see P more. Man, he is sick.
Oh, and apparently she was seeing someone else too who has been threatening STBXH through phone calls and texts. X said he thought they were exclusive.....um, that would be karma my friend. How does it taste?

That's sad. I hope she gets better and learns from that mistake. Those poor kiddies.
As for X, I doubt he's smart enough to know that that's karma. But certainly sounds like a prime example if you ask me!
Didn't you guys have court on Wednesday? Um, if I had to face a judge about the visitation of my child, I would be in bed in the wee hours of the morning, not out with a date possibly high/drunk. But, that's just me.
I hope she is ok also.

Make sure your lawyer knows the details of the accident and gets copies of the police reports/ambulance reports/hospital reports. Chances are that drugs and/or alcohol were involved and any field sobriety tests or blood tests that were administered at the time will reveal that.
If your STBXH was driving impaired, you might be able to use it to show that he shouldn't be transporting your son until he has been clean and sober for an extended period of time. Perhaps your lawyer can ask for mandatory drug testing for a period of time.
Yes, but he didn't show up to court, of course.
