Sad... Last Pumping Session

I am just about to do my last pumping session and I am a bit sad over it. Never thought I would BF for a full year, I am proud that we did it. Now it just means my baby isn't such a baby anymore.

    I think my PP Hormones are in full swing - bc I just cried reading your post!  That is kinda sad - but just think of all of the exciting times to come!!

    congratulations on making it a year!  tomorrow will be the 4 mo mark for me - hopefully i can last a year too! (my goal is a year)

    awesome job! isn't it amazing that something that is so much work and such a pain -- not nursing, pumping, can make you so sad. happy birthday too!

    How did you wean yourself?  Did you cut out pumping sessions?  How often did you pump when you were working to keep supply up?

    I just slowing cut down my pumping sessions, today is my first official day not feeding or pumping during the day, so we shall see how bad it gets I don't anticipate it being bad.

    Good News, my son is adapting well to milk.
