    debating about buying this as I'm sick of drinking 3 cups of mothers milk tea a day...I'll be sticking around to hear the answers!  Did you order from Amazon?

    yes, but i took WAY more than the dosage listed on the bottle.  I took 3 pills, 3 times daily.  I wasn't able to find regular fenugreek and blessed thistle at the time.  it didn't work when i tried the dose listed on the bottle

    Yes, I took it once before and it helped then too.

    I started again Mon night and today I saw a result, finally.

    I have also been pumping 2X extra, letting DD nurse @ naps and drinking water.

    On it's own... it's less effective, but when you combine as many things possible it will work.

    i used it and it didn't do anything for me. i've tried it all, and nothing really worked for me. i was just trying to pump more. my overall supply is fine, my body just doesn't like the pump.

    It's been working for me since my DD was 2 weeks old. Sometimes I don't use it and I'm fine. I use only the liquid form and follow directions (no liquids before/after for 15 mins) and I drink tons of water and eat oatmeal.  It's always worked for me.

    I take the pill form and while I haven't noticed a huge difference, LO has been more satisfied for longer periods in the evening where as before he wasn't. LC said I should see a difference in 72 hrs but it took about a week for me to really notice a difference.
