T&P for my friends... Please!

Back story:  In March of 2008 they gave birth to their first son at 20 weeks gestation... stillborn due to mom having an incompetent cervix.  In October 2008 mom had her cervix sewn tight (sorry I don't remember the terminology for this procedure) and put on bed rest.  In December of 2008 they gave birth to their first daughter at 20 weeks gestation... stillborn due to the same problem.  

In October of 2009 they had a successful transfer into a surrogate (their close friend).  They are due July 1st so I believe that puts them at 28 or 29 weeks pregnant.  Unfortnately, their baby Noah is having heart problems in the womb and they will need to deliver via c-section in a few days.  I believe doctors are giving the baby steroids to help with lung development.  Please, please, if you pray, please pray for this family.  They have been through heart break after heart break.  If you do not pray, please send positive thoughts their way.  TIA!

    (just fyi, I believe that procedure is called cerclage or something like that) Smile

    Wow - I'm so heartbroken for them and really hoping everything works out this time!  It's so sad when people who so desperately want a baby to love just get tragedy after tragedy.
