Why is THIS stressing me out?

We are giving birth at a birth center, so we have to leave between 4-12 hours after birth.
I'm talking to my brother last night and he said he's coming up as soon as Cletus is born. I fully expected this, but he hadn't confirmed anything. Then it sunk in that he will have to stay at our house, which again is fine, we have plenty of space. That also means that when we get home my MIL, FIL, mom, dad and brother will all be there. I don't anticipate DH's brother, wife and child to come right away.
This is the scenerio that I would like, for Cletus to come home surrounded by immediate family. The IL's won't stay for long and will go back home, but my family is 5 hours away and will need to stay for at least a night. Why is it that my in the head perfect dream scene is now causing me so much stress?

    Maybe bc it's getting crunch time and the little things that were "future problems" are now a reality!  It sounds like your family is pretty understanding about your personal space (ie- not staying more than 1 night) so try not to get worked up.  I'm imagining the 1st night to be utter chaos, so maybe a little help won't be all that bad...
