  I asked the same question and the majority of the answers were - you don't need to get them anything.  But if you still think you do - I think a picture would be nice.  I would think that even the godfather would appreciate it if he is taking his role seriously.

  We got frames from Things Remembered.  It was a double frame with a picture in one side and engraved "plate" in the other side.

  we got both of them a double picture frame, one side with a pic of sara and one with a picture of sara and the godparent, they loved it!
