How much hamburger would you get to feed about 30 people sloppy joes? I have been getting all sorts of different answers, So I am having a hard time deciding how much to get.

    I'm assuming you are having sides and desserts.  I usually say 1/4lb per person when making burgers so like 7lbs???  Is that your only main course?  If there are others, I would do less.  It depends on your menu.

    Yes there will be sides and such. Sloppy Joes are the main thing though. Thanks, I was leaning more towards that number as well.
