Around 38 weeks last time around. Although I packed a water breaking kit earlier than that and put it in my car. I was terrified my water would break at work so I put a t-shirt, new shorts and a pair of underwear in my car. Too funny now that I think of it!
I've been working on it a little today, which is probably good b/c I've been pretty crampy today. I have a ton to get done before DD comes (like find her a name for one). My bag is the least of my worries though. You really don't need to take much with you in all honesty.
I think I'm going to do mine at 36 weeks, along with all the other preparations, like washing clothes, getting diapers, freezing meals... I want to be prepared for anything. I know alot of people who have gone early and have nothing ready - I need to be ready.

Smart move! My son was exactly 3 weeks early so I pakced my bags this time at 35 weeks. You never know. And who wants to pack when they are in the middle of labor :-o
Re: when did you pack your hospital bag? NFT
I have a pile of stuff ready, but nothing is in a bag. I'll for sure get it in a bag tomorrow afternoon
I just have a feeling she won't come on her own, we're scheduled for an induction on the 21st.

Me too, major denial! I'll probably do it this weekend while DH is installing the car seat. He's way more on top of things than I am.
