    I HATE HATE HATE HATE needles... and i'd rather have the shots than the side effects that oral/vaginal supp's give...

    they're actually not even bad, but the first two Dh gave me were worse than piercings... practice will make perfect!

    Yay!! I remember our first shots, it was not fun.  Now DH is an old pro, and we have a system.  Ice until numb, lay on bed, get the shot, heating pad, and walk around the house to work it into the muscle :) It is always eventful on Thursday nights in the Z house :)
