DD is meeting her great-grandparents!

I'm so excited.  They live 7 hours away.  My grandma called DH & I the morning I went into labor (we were already admitted to the hospital) to tell us that she had breast cancer.  It was heartbreaking.  She couldn't come to meet DD b/c of the treatments and her immune system being damaged.

Soooo, this weekend will be their first meeting.  It's going to be awesome b/c her cancer treatment was a success, and she's meeting her first great grandbaby.

Ahhh, with all the drama going on in our lives right now, this will be a nice change.

    DS has 2 great grandmas and we feel so lucky to have them in his life.  They are both 96!  When I take DS to see my grandmother in the nursing home (which she JUST had to move to) he is such a hit.  She loves seeing him and she will not do anything besides play with him when we go to visit even though my mom usually is trying to take care of a little buisness durring the visit.  ENJOY!  it is so much fun
