DD has been asking for a pillow in her crib.  [Poll]

    We gave DD a pillow at 10 months.

    Many kids are in a regular bed by 2, it's more than ok for a 2 year old to have a pillow!

    My oldest has had a pillow since he was about 16 months.  We started with a little tiny pillow and by around 18-19 months he has a real pillow and now has two regular pillows on his bed.

    We have had an adult pillow in there since he was about 1 and our pedi gave us an okay for a tot pillow after 6 mos when he learned to roll.

    DS1 has had a pillow since 15 or so months. He started out with a smallish one and now has a regular one. He slept way better once he had a pillow. I think he was just more comfortable.

    DD uses an adult pillow.  She likes to lay her whole body on it sometimes. LOL

    We gave him a toddler pillow when he turned 2. However, dh washed it the other night improperly (I'll cut him some slack - it was the middle of the night and ds had barfed on eveything) so now it's all lumpy and uncomfortable feeling. I think I'm just going to replace it with a regular pillow instead of a toddler one.

    ETA: Except...MIL made all these adorable toddler pillowcases with ds's name on it. I guess I will have to find a toddler pillow replacement.

    EATA: So where do I find a toddler pillow? MIL bought this one online somewhere.

    We bought an incontinence pillowcase for it incase of any accidents.  That way we only have to wash the case and not the pillow if it gets dirty, since pillows don't wash well.

    I clicked yes, but really we have a very flat regular sized pillow in her crib...not a special toddler sized one.

    DS has had a pillow since we moved him to his twin bed at 20 months.

    DS has had a pillow for at least 6 months.  I didn't even think about it until he got sick in October.  I gave him one to keep his head elevated at night, realized that he loved it, and kept it in the crib.  He uses a full size pillow.

    We got DS a regular pillow around 18 months.  He loved sleeping on mine & DHs so we got him his own.  I think it helped him sleep better too.

    DD got one when we converted her crib to the toddler bed at 23 months. Onestepahead.com has a nice toddler sized one and pillow cases.

     ETA: Before that she used one of her stuffed animals as a pillow, so we figured it was time.
