I just wanted to know how it's going? How are you handling pregnancy and taking care of your LO? I guess with my pregnancy I was just so tired all of the time...
The pregnancy is going great, so far! I'm exhausted, so I try to go to bed a little early. The two sucky things are that my supply is slowly going down and I have really bad m/s this time.
I'm tired, but I'm so distracted with DD that I don't notice it as much as I did the first time around. I've had really nasty morning sickness again, so we've been staying close to home and playing on the floor (well she plays, I lie down and hope my food stays in my stomach). DD is a pretty independent player though, so it works. DH helps out a lot, he does morning duty so I can sleep in which helps.
It's been the hardest in the last week or two, my morning sickness has been it's worse and DD is getting her first two teeth so she's not STTN currently. I'm just hitting 2nd tri and hoping to feel better & have more energy soon.
At first it was really hard because I was tired all the time and all I wanted to do was sleep but thankfully he was also very young during those first few weeks. Now I feel great and at times I almost forget that I'm pg because I'm so busy with him.
The hardest parts for me was the beginning and now the end. Morning sickness + poopy diapers was awful, and right now I'm so exhausted and sore. Weeks 13-33 were pretty easy physically, I felt well and had a lot of energy.

Well congrats to both of you and I wish you both the best!!! DH wants to have them close and I do to.....but I just can't make up my mind. Did you guys plan getting pregnant again? DH works 2nd shift, so we barely see him as it is....that means I would be doing pretty much everything myself at night, after working 10 hour days?!?!? I don't know, I'm rambling.....just have mixed feelings.
Thanks for the input ladies.....best of luck to ya!!

We planned ours When DD turned 6 months we decided we were ready to start trying again, we figured it would take a bit longer since I had an IUD but it happened fairly quickly after it was removed. They'll be just under 17 months apart, and then 2 years apart in school.

At first it was very difficult I was exhausted all the time.We were pregnant with twins, but lost one (vanishing twin) at 7 weeks and 5 days.It was hard to hear that we lost another baby, but this time we still have one to look forward to.
We weren?t planning it, but we weren?t preventing it either. It took us 5.5 years to get pregnant with Oliver after many failed infertility treatments it finally happen on its own.I got pregnant in August 2008, but that ended in a miscarriage at 8 weeks. Then we were blessed with getting pregnant with Oliver in December 2008.He will be just shy of 13 months when the new baby arrives, but we couldn?t be any more excited.
I have hyperemesis, so its tough sometimes. I had to be hooked up to a pump for a few weeks, but now Im back to just having backup pills. Im tired all the time. But I am blessed with an easy baby, so I don't have it as bad as I could. Its hard (esp since shes just now teething!), but totally worth every second of it.
Re: Pregnant again?? Come In...
It's hard, but not as hard as I expected.
