1lb of chicken cutlets
1 jar of salsa
1 can of corn
8oz package fat free or light cream cheese (I used fat free and it was good)
2 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
Put the chicken in the slow cooker and cover with the salsa and corn. Cook on high for 4-5 hours or low for 8-10 hours.
Half an hour before the time is up mix up the chicken and salsa/corn mixture ? the chicken will shred if you use a fork. Stir in the pasta and cream cheese and cook for the rest of the time
Good ol' hamburger helper! I'm freaking exhausted from E getting up every 30 mintues last night..that's all I have the energy to cook! & I'm skipping my run today too!
