Did any of you go here, and what did you think of the care/doctor you saw?
I go there and see Dr. Warhus and have for 3 years now. He did all of my prenatal care and is awesome. I couldn't have asked for a better doctor or better experience.
I started my prenatal care here under Dr. Karlsson and ended up switching to another practice and using a midwife. Dr. Karlsson was not supportive of my want to have a natural birth. I am very healthy and have had no reason to not have a natural birth.
I go there/went there. My OB/GYN is Dr Brodsky. She's just what I wanted. She's to the point, but not to where she'll scare you. Just tells it like it is in a nice way. I like her a lot. I saw Dr Warhus once and he was really nice, but I don't like male doctors. Just my opinion. I saw Dr Hoffman when I was in the L&D area at St V's for my gallbladder problems. I didn't care too much for him. Kinda grumpy. HAHA. I saw a couple midwives as well during my pregnancy and they were GREAT! Pretty much everyone I interacted with at WHCA was/is amazing.

Interesting...I had a natural birth with my first son under Dr.Karlsson and with my twins she would have let me go without an epidural if I wanted to. I ended up getting one when I was 9cm.

Dr. Hoffman delivered Morgan.. did not like him AT ALL. He was too intervention happy for my taste.. I was *this close* to kicking him in the head when he reached for the foreceps.. grr.
Because of my "advanced maternal age", my OB sent me there for all of my tests, including the genetics counseling and my amnio. I really liked it there. Then, when my water broke 6 weeks early, I was sent out to Providence St. Vincent's to deliver (because of their NICU). The doctor I had there Dr. David Abel and he was truly awesome. For delivering with a complete stranger, I felt very comfortable. I was so happy he was my doctor.
I haven't posted on this board before, just found it.... I go there, to Peterkort North. I really like my dr, Dr Garvie-Loveland, she's very thorough. I also saw a perinatologist Dr. Pandipati. I do like the care there, even though it is very big and I don't really feel it to be personal. It could be that I was with the perinatologist for so long that I don't really know my OB.
