So I am FF my LO and I have been wearing a tight sports bra and icing my breasts throughout the day. My milk came in on Saturday ( delivered last wednesday) I am still producing milk but they do not hurt as much as they did in the beginning. My question is how long does it take to dry up? TIA

I'm so jealous! I was trying to BF and went 2 days w/o pumping, after doing it every 3 hours, because we were moving and dried up completely when I was 2 weeks pp. Clearly I didn't have much to start with... OK, done whining... I think it, like everything else baby related varies person to person.
Apparently, they have natural anti-inflammatory properties. I had a couple friend's who'd recommended them and i thought it was an OWT. But then when I asked my doc what I could do to help speed the process and she told me to use cabbage too. Just take the really leafy pieces, get rid of the hard ribs and stick them in the sports bra (where you would put a nursing pad). When the leaves wilt, replace them with new ones. They do have a soothing effect, though I'm not sure they're doing anything to actually stop the milk.

I am jealous too! My milk never really came in.
