It's pre-made with a use-by date of 4/14. It has chicken on it. Should I play salad roulette?

Is it a use by or sell by date? Smell the chicken and if it smells ok I would go for it.

Hmm, the feta would worry me a bit but I'm anal about expiration dates. If it smells ok then I'm sure it's fine.

If everything looks okay and nothing smells funny, then go for it. But I should disclose that I play fast and loose with expriation dates.
