not personal...I never heard of it until my friend started TTC, she told me she kept hearing great things about it so they used it. She got pg in 3-4mos
Used it (but only because, sorry for TMI, we always use lube, so I thought we should use this rather than another that might be bad for TTC). I didn't use the inserts, but the tube (more like regular lube). It worked fine - about the same as any other.. I think if you don't use lube in general, you don't need this - it won't necessarily help - but if you do use lube, this is better than other brands that might hurt your chances.
ETA: It took us three cycles to get KU, but I don't think it was related to the lube.
we ttc for 7 cycles for #1. in the 7th month, we used PS and got BFP. related? who knows, but it surely didn't hurt our chances!
like PPs said, a little goes a long way. also, most lubes are not ttc-friendly (even the ones that specifically say they shouldn't be used as BC). so if you are going to use something, you may as well use something that is specifically sperm friendly.

if you need lube, try it. it can be useful if you're on Clomid since clomid has a rep for drying up CM. we used it on more cycles than i can count and it's never worked for us. but like tomandcourt, we used it for the lube properties not to help the sperm.
actually, if it's lube you need, CVS makes a "sperm friendly" one (as much as ANY lube can be sperm friendly) called Preconceive.

Preseed was a good product - nice smooth texture, not sticky. And we conceived DD the first month of usage. Did not use it when TTC DS.
