My best friend just called me, and she started getting chest pain on her way to work and numbness in her arms....so she just headed for the hospital, however, she isn't supposed to be on her cell phone in her state (she called me because she didnt know what to do)....and she got pulled over. I feel terrible. Oh No. I hope the cop helps her.

You are allowed to break the law (in most cases) when there is an emergency. I think this would qualify.

I hope your friend is okay! Don't feel bad either, you were trying to help.
