I was in Costco a week ago and bought some Granola snack mix. It is made fresh and is over by the bread. So yummy! Also, we got some Chipotle Hummus that is so good yet a little spicy. I bought some pita chips there to go with it.
I love making a big trip to Sam's/Costco! The only this is, I spend so much darn money when I go. ;-) Have fun shopping!!

We dropped our Sam's membership and are addicted to Costco.
We always buy our fish (ahi tuna, mahi, orange roughy, etc.), shrimp, and scallops there. (Kirkland brand in the big bags.) They are individually portioned and wrapped (the fish, not the shrimp and scallops ), so it keeps them all fresh even if you open the bag and use only 2 servings every once in a while. It actually tastes fresher than fish we've found at the market since it's caught and immediately packaged/frozen.
They have fantastic lump crab in 1 lb. containers (near the cheeses and fresh made uncooked pastas). We buy it all the time and use it for dips, stuffed chicken, pizzas, etc.
They have fresh spinach in the fridge room that's in a clear plastic tub for really cheap. We eat it for salads, wraps, etc, and as soon as it starts to wilt, I saute what's left.
We buy their huge blocks of Manchego - it's cheaper than anywhere else and just as good.
They have bags of Mrs. Mays Ultimate Crunch that I ate non-stop while pg.
Frozen veggies - I love that they, too, are in smaller bags inside the big one.
the block of cheese - they cheedar/jack kind - it's a really good price (only $4 or something)
taco seasoning, olive oil, other seasonings
artichoke hearts
olives
organic chicken broth (another great buy)
little fruit cups
ds loves the veggie straws (basically vegetable chips)
either the goldfish crackers or the annies bunnies for ds
frozen chicken breasts
ground turkey
salmon
chicken nuggets for ds
paper towels, toilet paper, environmentally friendly laundry detergent (GREAT price and it's super cheap!), other cleaners like dishwasher detergent and kirkland brand dish soap
skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (although i also love the sorbets that rosie posted above!)
spinach
cheery tomatoes
basil (great deal right now)
blue cheese crumbles or feta cheese crumbles (i make a salad with the spinach, the cheese, and strawberries with nonfat cranberry vinaigrette - YUM!)
the 100 calorie sandwich rolls - i forget the brand but i've been using these for turkey burgers and also for things like sloppy joes and sandwiches during the week
wine (although i'm currently on an alcohol break because i'm dieting)
dh loves the kirkland brand beer! it's actually brewed by a brewhouse we used to go to in san diego (gordon biersch). it's really good!! it comes in a variety pack of hefeweizen, pale ale, amber, and german lager.
also get books, clothes (i love their tank tops/camisoles to wear under my shirts)!
all natural chicken packages with two breasts/package - great for freezing
ground beef
seasoned pork tenderloin
big and little frozen pizzas
frozen or canned green beans
cheese
toilet paper, paper towels, paper plates & plastic cups, kleenex
laundry detergent & fabric softener
clorox wipes
the big box of candy when it is on sale

I love their loaves of bread with rosemary in them. They are soooo good!

Pretty much everything that everyone else posted. I love Stacy's pita chips and the chipotle hummus. We also get all of our paper products there.
Also, they have great prices on fruit and produce (most of the time - sometimes you have to comparison shop). Lately they have the huge tubs of strawberries for 4.99. I get those and the bags of spinach and make salads (with vidalia onion dressing - also from Costco).
We get lots of baby stuff there too. Diapers, wipes, snacks. And they always have some great Carters clothes for cheap.
oh i forget! we also get their coffee there - there is a whole row of coffee in the back kind of by the produce section. we are addicted to the seattle mountain blend coffee. it's so good and is a REALLY great price - the whole bag lasts us an entire month and it's only about $8. if you don't have a grinder at home you can even grind it there.

Oh yeah! We get coffee there, too. DH has always loved Community coffee, but he swears that Costco's is better.
Wipes, diapers, etc.
I don't think there's much we DON'T get at Costco. Paper Towels are less expensive at Wal Mart and Home Depot, and with 3 kiddos, we go through a LOT of paper towels
They have great prices on wine, so that pays for our membership right there (although we haven't bought any in the past 8 months :P)
We also buy: Olive oil, toilet paper, electronics, ink cartridges, gum, morning star farms sausage patties, frozen pizzas, maple syrup, dishwasher detergent, OTC medications, shaving cream, razor blades, facial moisturizer, laughing cow light cheese, whatever snack foods look good, etc. I also bought my wedding band and our sheets there.
