help - growth spurt question

i'm thinking my little guy is starting to go through the 6 week growth spurt - he'll be 6 weeks on saturday.  since i'm bottle feeding - both breast milk and formula - i'm not sure exactly how much to give him right now...

he was fed his normal amount (5 oz) at 7:30 - he went down to sleep around 8:20 and he just woke up and he seems to be starving.  it's only been 1.5 hours - how much should i make up in his bottle to give him?

    I EBF, so I'm not sure, but DS is also in his 6 week growth spurt and while he eats more frequently, I'm not sure that he necessarily eats more.  In fact, I think he kind of eats less, just more often.  So, I would maybe start with no more than your usual 5oz and see how he does
