Hi Everyone!
I was wondering if anyone knew if it is safe to drink protien shakes during pregnancy. Before I was drinking Muscle Milk light which has 15 g of protien also has alot of great vitamins. The only thing I was worried about is vitamin A I read we can have too much vitamin A but I'm not sure how much is too much.
I like the shakes for breakfast but I supplement with a snack and have a pretty decent lunch and dinner.
Any thoughts?
