How much are you feeding your 6month old if you started before 6 months?

Up until today we did 1oz of fruit/veggie mixed with some breast milk and rice cereal...it probably was about 2oz. I did that twice a day.
Starting today I started adding some plain whole milk yogurt in to that mix which probably ups it to 3oz twice a day.
