Nesting in full gear...

Last night I couldn't find the lid to a container that I had put food in.  Just gets to me (even before I was PG).  I want the lid on the tupperware and it put up where it belongs.  Not a big deal.  Comes out of the dishwasher and put the lid on it, then put it in the cabinet.  Don't take the lid and the container and throw them in there! Therefore last night at 9:30 I am looking for a lid, and proceed to pull every piece of tupperware and pyrex out of the three cabinets and put it in the middle of the kitchen.  Then I put every lid and container together.  Then I stacked them based on size and shape, and then they were placed on the shelf based on shape.  All the circles are together on the bottom left and all the squares are together on the right. Pyrex is on the top shelf, with the 13x9 pans starting at the left (all with lids) circles are next, and then the squares. 

I then threatened anyone that dared to not keep the system.  Currently the 11 cabinets I cleaned out two weeks ago have remained organized.  We will see how long it takes them to mess up my tupperware/pyrex shelves.  ;) 

Needless to say my H thought I was completely nuts to be doing this, much less at 9:30 at night.  The good thing, there is only 1 cabinet left in the kitchen to clean out and organize.  I can't reach everything in it, (it is a weird corner cabinet) so I have to wait till a kiddo gets back to help me pull everything out. 

Wonder where the nesting will start next! (I am thinking the study...there are 6 cabinets in there I want to get a hold of!!!)

    The cabinets under my sinks have never been so neat and organized as they were while I was pg. I had my linen closet organized and put labels on the shelves. Sadly the labels fell off and my linens are back in chaos once again.

    I wish my nesting instinct would kick my butt into gear around here!  I see things that need to be done, like cleaning out the pantry, but I'm too lazy to actually do anything about it.  DH on the otherhand, is in full on nesting mode.  He has been knocking out projects around here left and right!
