Can we get some house-selling dust, please?

We're having an open house this weekend and we're really, really hoping the right buyer will come along! We've had a good amount of traffic and positive reviews on the house, but we just need the right family to want to buy our house - especially since we're moving in a couple of months and need to make an offer on a house in the new area. Any dust you can spare would be appreciated!
