I know I shouldn't be mad at LO...but I am..

I just got a pair of blue converse "chucks" that I've been unable to find in my size/color for 3 years.  It made my day today that I found them and I couldn't wait to put them on.

We went to the grocery store, and I made the mistake of putting buffalo sauce in the front part of the carriage with my ds and he took it, threw it and it exploded all over the floor, all over my 4 hour old brand new sneakers :(. 

I ran around trying to find someone to clean it up, no one was around...so therefore I couldn't get anything to wipe myself up with either.  Found some purell wipes, but it was too late.  The damage was done :(

DS knew he did something bad, and didn't move an inch for the entire ride home...I didn't even yell at him because I didn't want to make a scene.

I'm mad.

    That stinks and I'm sorry about your sneakers but you can't possibly be mad at him when really it's your own fault for putting it there with him.

    I know...I'm just mad that he threw it at me. He doesn't usually do that, which is why I didn't think twice about putting it in there with him.

    He is 14 months old...he is probably just getting in the throwing stage. I think it is silly to be mad...bummed maybe...

    I think it's normal to feel mad!

    I was going to suggest Oxy Clean too, I hope that works! I hope your shoes come out clean!!

    I'd soak them in a bucket full of oxiclean overnight.  You'd be surprised what it can get out.
